SLOPPY JONES – in Development supported by Ontario Creates and CMF
Sloppy Jones is a fresh, dark digital comedy series about a group of queer twenty-somethings working at a dive called Sloppy Jones Grill, coping with financial stress, relationship issues, bad customers, and a bad boss Frank. Their everyday norm is rudely interrupted when Frank goes missing and his melodramatic cougar ex-wife Deb shows up to save the restaurant and find out what happened to Frank. Everyone is a murder suspect. No one is safe. Will the restaurant and staff survive? How will they all make rent? #billssexandmurder #whokilledFrank
